Life revolves around relationships, and the most important relationship is the one we have with ourself. We must balance and integrate our own self, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, in order to improve our other relationships.
I have created specific steps towards attaining wholeness within. The cornerstones of the process are:
1. cognive- behaioral- changing negative thought patterns with mindfulness
2. insight oriented process through psycho-dynamic understanding of the negative beliefs we learned and how to re-wire them.
3, rebuilding a posive self-framework
