In doing so, sometimes we may make some bad choices and just need help getting back on track. My goal is to work together with you and focus on your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses and help you take back control of your life and find better ways to manage stress.
I specialize in substance and alcohol abuse and adverse childhood experiences. I also have experience in dealing with other traumas. Together we will deal with these issues and work to restore balance, peace, and serenity.
Making the decision to see a counselor is never easy. Searching for the right one is even harder.
