I’m Joel Guinness, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Tennessee with 8 years of experience. My work is rooted in the science of attachment and, when desired, I incorporate a faith oriented approach to healing and becoming well. I help partners reconnect using Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method; I support individuals with CBT and ACT to calm worry and build flexibility; and I draw on Solution‑Focused and Narrative approaches to highlight strengths and reshape the story you’re living.
