I am a therapist located in Roseville, California and I have been providing counseling and therapy services in the Greater Sacramento area since 2008.
I specialize in working with teens, couples, addiction and LGBTQ clients. I am also a sex positive therapist, which means that I am experienced, knowledgeable, and open to working with people exploring just about any form of consentual sexual expression.
As a therapist I am very open, genuine, and real with my clients. I really strive to be an actual real person in the room and connect with my clients on a personal level. I'm not the stiff professional you see in movies who doesn't give any feedback or interact much.
Generally speaking, I work best with just about anyone who is used to or expects to be judged by others.
