My approach to couples therapy is the observation of behavior patterns in communication, behavior, directives, and how couples compromise and make sacrifices for one another for the beneficial overall best outcome for the relationship. I also observe how they can support one another through trying times and if they are actively listening to one another and not talking at each other. I also make sure they are spending quality time with one another and have a decent level of intimacy that fits Their needs and schedule.
