Jenny’s practice is exclusively devoted to healing relational trauma, and treating eating disorders. She provides individual and couples therapy for adolescents and adults.
Jenny utilizes family systems therapy, trauma therapies, and Gottman/Schnarch couple approaches to therapy. She sees the relationship and the individuals within their system, and understands the intricacies of healing intergenerational trauma that ultimately impacts the way that we live and love.
In addition to her therapy work, she is an advocate for trauma, eating disorders and healthy relationships in Wichita; speaking and engaging with local organizations around town. She created Soma Therapy to address the unmet needs of those looking for true transformation in Wichita. She also does videos on Youtube and TikTok in which she answers questions about mental health and relationships.
