My approach to helping couples repair emotional distance is to help them see the negative cycle in which they are caught. Together through deeper listening, and understanding vulnerable needs beneath anger or resentment, I help couples develop tools for repair and reconnection. Each session is an opportunity to deepen a felt sense of truly being seen and known by your partner.
