Holistic Wellness is important to myself and my psychotherapy practices addresses Mind, Body, and Spirit (non religion focused, all forms of spirituality welcomed) to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic environment for social emotional growth and healing. I offer a variety of tools and skills to help you feel empowered and in control of yourself. I believe therapy/ counseling is a very personal experience and there is never one right way to address our emotional needs. I also feel this way about life. I am knowledgeable in many non-traditional lifestyles and welcoming to all.
My experiences have led me to specialize in Anxiety, Depression, and Chronic illness/pain in my practice but my skill sets allow me to be knowledgeable in a wide variety of emotional/ mental needs. I'm also knowledgeable and welcoming innthe subjects of BDSM, Kink, ENM, and Polyamory.
