As an experienced therapist working in the field of addictions and mental health since 2008, I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds with complex needs. Everyone has found themselves stuck in negative cycles that affect all areas of their life. My focus is to help you deconstruct negative behavior patterns that have blocked your path to a better, more satisfying and fulfilling life. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced developmental, complex, and/or single traumatic events, addiction, anxiety, depression and couples struggling with relationship issues.
My treatment philosophy is collaborative. My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are on your journey in a non-judgmental, compassionate, direct way. Not every client responds to the same therapeutic model and therefore, I use an eclectic blend of approaches to help you reach your goals.
