I have been helping couples manage through difficult times in their partnership since 1997. My approach is based on therapeutic approaches and interventions that have been researched and confirmed to be most successful in resolving partner-relationship conflict. Over the years of providing care, support and guidance, it has been increasingly clear that both individuals in a relationship participate in driving the distress or harmony in their union. Part of our work together is to identify how each of you have been a part of the conflict and/or health of the relationship.
