I have been working with couples for quite some time now. I use a mindfulness approach to dealing with couple's issues which include communication, connectivity and dealing with stressors that may come from within or outside the relationship. I have worked a lot with couples that are dealing with infidelity, resentments and even domestic violence and abuse. Sometimes all that is needed is a sounding board for people to realize that their issues are solvable and worthy of saving.
