Hi there!

My approach to couples counseling is based on the research and concepts of the Gottman Method. I am currently trained in Level 1 Gottman Method which provides a comprehensive approach and tools when working with couples.

My role in couples counseling is to faciliate conversations, provide guidance, tools and resources that help improve the quality of communication and connection within the couple.

With my experience working with couples, I have found that couples can reclaim their connection and communication with a higher level of respect, mutual admiration and support for one another.
