I endeavor to empower my clients, facilitate insight and growth, and help them work towards a happier and more fulfilled life. I appreciate the uniqueness of every person who walks into my office, and I tailor my approach to their individual needs. I incorporate ideas from Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Emotionally Focused therapies.
