I am training in the Crucible Approach of couples and individual therapy developed by Dr. David Schnarch. This is a self-confrontational model of therapy, which means I will be direct and honest about what I see beginning in the first session and challenge each client to look at themselves.
The goal of Crucible Therapy is to increase your ability to take feedback and self-assess by looking at what your behavior reveals about your intent, motivation and impact on others. The more you can self-confront, the more freedom you have to make changes in yourself that will impact your relationships.
