Through a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach, I help clients release trauma, process stuck emotions, and regulate their nervous systems. My work blends traditional psychotherapy with integrative healing practices, including EMDR, somatic therapy, yoga therapy, mindfulness, and Reiki energy work.
