I utilize emotion focused therapy to help couple's reconnect, communicate and resolve relationship problems. I believe that Individuals have the strength within themselves to grow toward better lives, but they need to learn new ways of responding and communicating about their needs within the relationship. I conduct therapy in a manner that enables Individuals to understand relationship patterns, feel supported as they learn to use new communication skills, and improve self-awareness to achieve a better relationship and enhance their lives.
