I work with couples seeking to understand the deeper dynamics that shape their relationship—not just what's happening, but why certain patterns keep emerging. I also work with men navigating family dynamics and young adults working through questions of identity and direction.
I'm drawn to psychodynamic work because it takes seriously the complexity of how we become who we are—the family histories, internalized pressures, and ways people unconsciously hold themselves back from what they actually want.
