I have been a mental health professional (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) for 20 years. I work with many different types of clients, including children (ages 10 and older), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I enjoy my work, because I find it inspiring to help people find a way through difficult life circumstances, feel better, and live life to its fullest. I have my own unique style, which varies with each client that I work with. I am not an “advice-giver.†I believe that being in therapy is a journey to self-awareness, change, and (ultimately) healing from psychological pain. I am simply a partner in that journey. A “guide,†so to speak. I will never tell you what to do. But I definitely will help you discover the answers for yourself. I value providing a safe, warm, comfortable environment for my clients.
