I’m Hilary Frazer, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). My work blends practical tools with deep care: the Gottman Method and couples therapy to rebuild trust and friendship; CBT and DBT skills to steady anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and mood swings; and solution-focused conversations to help you make small changes that add up. I also support recovery from addiction and codependency, healing from abuse and trauma, navigating family-of-origin conflict and blended families, and coping with isolation, rejection, and midlife shifts. Sessions welcome all identities and are offered in English.
