I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) in Indiana.
I specialize in adjustment/life transitions, relationship/marital concerns, perfectionism, social anxiety, adult children of alcoholics, family of origin issues, shame, trauma, codependency, substance addictions, and chronic pain/illness/health related stressors.
I promote self-discovery, which includes not only identifying problematic patterns and obstacles, but also exploring strengths and evidence of resiliency. In addition to my professional training, my own personal experiences have equipped me with compassion, empathy, and a desire to help others feel empowered as they pursue the life they desire.
