Heather is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical and a Board Certified Music Therapist who offers individual and group therapy services, as well as parent support and coaching. She incorporates a variety of approaches, including strengths-based interventions, attachment and empowerment theories, cognitive behavioral therapy, and music therapy.

Heather specializes in working with individuals who have neurological and developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and social difficulties. Her passion lies in helping young people who struggle with social and emotional challenges in their environments.

As a music therapist, Heather emphasizes the importance of using alternative modalities to create a supportive and productive therapeutic space. Heather has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families in crisis and prevention settings, including schools and partial hospitalization programs. Additionally, she has provided community music therapy groups for adults with disabilities.
