I have been trained in the John and Julie Gottman method of marriage counseling. My goal, if the couple desires to stay together, is to assist them in making new connections, increase communication, express feelings and needs in healthy ways, rekindle the fire that brought them together, and building a stronger loving relationship.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints so if the couple has a desire to include God and the church in session that is an option as well.
