My training and experience allow me to provide a therapeutic experience that is collaborative, centered on solutions, research-based, and focused on living according to your values. The number of sessions will be as short or long as needed to work through your desired goals and designed with the “end in mind.” I see clients online through a secure telehealth platform and focus on working with a variety of people, including but not limited to multiracial individuals/couples, Spanish-speakers, and people practicing religion/spirituality.
