I also specialize in helping individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, and family issues, as well as needing to refocus on their overall well-being.
The number of sessions will be as short or long as needed to work through your goals and will be designed with the end in mind. I see clients in-person and online through a secure telehealth platform. I focus on working with a variety of people, including, but not limited to, multiracial individuals and couples, Spanish speakers, and people practicing religion or spirituality.
