Most couples experience seasons of feeling disconnected. I guide them through a plan to strengthen their relationship and grow closer again. My training and experience allow me to provide a therapeutic experience that is collaborative, centered on solutions, research-based, and focused on living according to your values. I also specialize in individuals dealing with anxiety/stress, relational issues, and those needing to refocus on their overall wellbeing.
The number of sessions will be as short or long as needed to work through your desired goals and designed with the end in mind. I see clients in-person and online through a secure Telehealth platform and focus on working with a variety of people, including but not limited to multiracial individuals/couples, Spanish-speakers, and people practicing religion/spirituality.
