As a Registered Intern in Marriage and Family Therapy, I believe Connection with the ones you love is the greatest source of strength, resilience, and comfort. Therefore, my goal in therapy is to strengthen the emotional connection in your marriage through the model of therapy called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gold Standard in couple therapy. Rebuilding, Repairing, and Reconnecting is possible whether there has been a relationship injury, a stressful life event, or a slow drift apart due to a face paced life, Through sitting down and moving through the EFT process, the love bond can be re-built, re-energized, and re-experienced in a whole new way.
