I’m Estel Hahn, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. My approach is collaborative and deeply relational, supporting concerns like anxiety, depression, codependency, communication struggles, family‑of‑origin wounds, divorce and separation, guilt, forgiveness, and trauma/PTSD. I draw from Couples Therapy/Marriage & Family Therapy and Collaborative Therapy through trauma-informed lens. I’m also a Level 2 Restoration Therapist and may integrate Brainspotting (certified)—a gentle, trauma‑informed method that helps release pain held in the body—so healing can reach the places words cannot.
