I work with couples to help them improve communication, overcome gridlocked issues, and reconnect in their relationship. The work I do is very structured and involves teach the couple tools to use in session and at home. I work from a researched based Gottman Couples Therapy perspective and have extensive training in the field of couples and relationship therapy. I also ensure that I work for the relationship in the room, not individuals meaning that I do not pick sides and believe that both people in the relationship are responsible for it's improvement.
