Drawing from evidence-based interventions including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman, I have helped several couples to reconnect in various stages of their relationships. Some of my experience with couples therapy includes: infidelity, intimacy restoration, sexual concerns, processing loss, power struggles, financial issues, parenting conflicts, codependency, coping with mental illness and/or addiction in one or both partners, and helping couples navigate the complexity of open marriages/relationships. I will be able to help you acknowedge and transform negative cycles in your relationship with an unbiased, nonjudgmental approach. My dog, Lumi, is also a welcome presence during the majority of our sessions.
