I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who sees individuals and couples. I took level 1 and 2 training in The Gottman Method which is an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couple's relationship and integrates 30 years of research-based interventions proving what makes committed long-term relationships work. It strives to help couples create shared meaning and provides concrete tools to help a couple create a relationship that is long-lasting. Additionally, I am a level 3 trained therapist in the Internal Family Systems Model. This model is a psycho-spiritual model that incorporates the body mind and spirit connection to relieve symptoms of stress-related issues and seeks support and healing. It is also helpful to couples that suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to help you become aware of your patterns of conflict and learn to become more compassionate towards yourself and your partner.
