I am a strong believer in therapy! There is a true advantage in talking through problems with someone who can offer objective feedback. A therapist can offer a different insight from friends and family. I believe that therapy is all about communication, both verbal and physical.
I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, domestic violence and personality disorders. I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider. I also specialize in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and other manipulative personality disorders.
I provide clinical supervision for MSW's seeking their LCSW.
