I'm Elizabeth Barraza, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and the impacts of trauma. I'm also an Art Therapist which allows me to utilize creative ways to help individuals express their thoughts and feelings when words are not always available. I provide EMDR therapy which is a great modality to help individuals heal from troubling memories that make us feel stuck.
My approach to therapy is to ensure trust and safety for my clients as well as validating and empowering them. I believe in resourcing my clients with healthy and sustainable strategies to help them as they navigate through their healing process. It is possible to live a fulfilling life, one that brings you joy and the ability to address those challenges in a more positive way! I would love to help you get there!
