Whether you have been together for decades, or are just starting to think about marriage, couples therapy can help you work on your relationship in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I provide couples therapy in keeping with the Gottman Method, which is a practical, research-based, and highly effective approach that not only supports and repairs troubled relationships, but strengthens happy ones. The Gottman Method is designed to support couples across all economic, racial, and cultural backgrounds, and has been proven effective with gay and lesbian couples as well. I have completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Training, which has helped to infuse my practice with research-based insight. Through the use of Gottman Method techniques, I am able to help couples learn how to successfully manage conflicts, deepen their friendship and intimacy, and discover their shared purpose for building a life together.
