As a Licensed Psychologist in FL, NY, MD, TX and PsyPact, I am pleased to offer telehealth services in 43 states across the USA. I provide individual therapy for all ages, treating a range of difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, phobias, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, depression, disordered eating, body image, relationship issues, addictions, grief and loss, and other presentations within the human experience. Being Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 trained, I have expertise in providing couples therapy. Additionally, I conduct comprehensive ADHD testing, school accommodations and ESA letters.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental. I create a safe space for all. I am educated in various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Approaches, amongst others.
