I believe strong marriage equates to strong families which ultimately leads to strong communities. It is my honor to work with couples from all ages to help them work through any challenges that they may have. I like to approach each marriage as unique, because it truly is. There is no one marriage that is alike; they are all different, just like a fingerprint. I like to get to know the couples and see what areas that they would like to work on. I like to hear their story and hear what they might be willing to try to improve within their marriage. I like to work with the CBT approach because I believe that it is effective when people can gain a new outlook on why each person may behave in the way in which they do. I am also from a Christian background and if couples are interested I like to bring into the sessions biblical concepts and ideas that can help improve the marriage as well.
