I have been working with couples and enjoy this area of focus. I am a pre-licensed mental health therapist that specializes in working with couples, neurodivergent couples (where one or both partners are neurodivergent), and LGBTQ+ couples. I am accepting new clients and I offer reduced self-pay rates. I am currently training in Gottman and also training to work with neurodivergent couples fall of 2022.
I use a lot of psychoeducation and teach my clients to use restorative communication, build healthy relationship boundaries, and many other educational materials so that couple learn to reconnect with each other.
