The human experience exposes us to many stressors, traumas, and anxieties. Recognizing and seeking help to overcome these is the first step in one’s therapeutic journey. While this process can be overwhelming, and uncomfortable, identifying the right person to help you overcome these emotions is a very critical part of your journey. My work with adults include trauma recovery, anxiety/depression, grief, career decisions, and men’s issues. Although I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, I mainly utilize tenets from Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we will work to challenge self-defeating thoughts and behaviors that may have you feeling stuck.
