When we get married, we come into it with this ideal fairy tale. Over time we realize that life and marriage can be challenging. That being said, we can all use help from time to time. The main reason people come for couples cousenling is due to communication or an affair. After doing our initial intake, I like to teach clients how to communicate in a way where each person can feel heard, understood and respected. If there has been an affair, have faith that your relationship can get back on track-in a new and different way. Affairs are typically a symptom of a problem going on in a relationship. I can walk you through the various steps to repair your relatonship after an affair and help you to rebuild trust.
