My journey as a therapist was inspired by my own struggles. Addiction and mental health upended my life at an early age, but I came out on the other side with a fierce appreciation for life and an understanding that recovery can be fun. Now as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my passion is driven by guiding my patients through their own mental health roadblocks to an easier life.\n\nWith 14 years of experience, I have practiced in a wide variety of settings and spent time as a martial arts instructor. I have incorporated boxing and adventure-based interventions to help clients heal, and am always looking for creative ways to guide others to recovery. Each client deserves an individualized approach, and that’s what I aim to provide using evidence based interventions.
