am a trained Gottman Method couples therapist specializing in heightened conflict and infidelity recovery. Using an in-depth assessment process, I will identify both your relationship strengths and challenges and then offer targeted interventions to create the change you want to see. The Gottman Institute has been doing long-range and observational research of couples since the mid 1970's. My approach is rooted in those 45 years of research, with some added mindfulness-based approaches to help you challenge old stories, recognize unworkable strategies, and purposefully create the relationship you want to be in.
I also offer secular, and research-based premarital counseling and classes.
