Relationships define my life. Building love, trust, and connection with others is what makes my life meaningful and important.

Being a young parent and partner is what defines my life each day and why my Online Therapy practice focuses on helping young couples and parents navigate these relationships. I understand and appreciate, firsthand, the challenges couples and parents face and offer convenient support

Recognition that we are stronger when we are connected in intimate relationships is what guides my life and practice as a Therapist. For relationships, marriages, and parents to grow their intimacy, communication, trust there must be communication, self-reflection, and vulnerability (bravery).

My focus in life has always been to maximize experience and fully immerse myself in every kind of relationship, adventure, and learning opportunity available to me. Since my teenage experiences in therapy I knew that one day I wanted to help others. To that end I earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Education. At the same time as I earned these academic degrees I went through break-ups and make-ups with romantic partners, moved across the country and traveled internationally, backpacked through national parks, climbed technical mountains, and worked in residential treatment centers, school, and community mental health centers. In real life settings and experiences, just as much as in class, I spent time learning all about people and relationships so that I could be an impactful and trusted therapist.

Since 2017 I have exclusively focused my practice on working with couples and young parents because I see the need that people have for help. We are not given a roadmap to navigate relationships and parenting. Now more than ever, we are navigating dating apps, social media, increased anxiety, infidelity, pressure from friends and family, and isolation in closed-off communities.
