Grounded in attachment-based and somatic approaches, I provide evidence-based care focused on regulating the nervous system to heal trauma and support emotional regulation.
I enjoy working with anxiety, trauma, OCD, shame, grief, abuse recovery, personality disorders, chronic pain, religious trauma, and relationship or co-parenting challenges.
I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, completed Gottman Level I & II training, and have training and experience in grief/traumatic loss, OCD, and trauma treatment. I have facilitated family groups for traumatic grief and led workshops on topics such as parenting, blended families, setting boundaries, & emotional enrichment in the later years.
