I believe in holistic care in mental health as well as strive for couples to have a brave space to discover their own unique identity and voice within the relationship. In addition, to explore areas of streangths and challeges for the couple to overcome. I primarily do pre-marital counseling, where we can also explore intersectional identity (i.e., which is open to LGBT+, race, spirituality, religion, and other identity affiliations/alliances). I am also open to questions over the phone. Note: I can offer online therapy or in-person.
