Hello, my name is Consuelo. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and I serve as a professional counselor and senior clinician at InTouch Mind Health, PLLC. I offer a judgement-free zone where you can freely express yourself, and a safe place where you can unpack what weighs you down. Are you riddled with depression, anxiety, fear, and worry? Or maybe you are battling current or past traumatic memories, negative thoughts, or low self-esteem. Are you facing challenges in relationships, work, or school? I am here to walk with you, support you, and empower you on your journey toward a happy, whole, and purposeful life.
I use Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT, CBT) interventions, and offer a Christian counseling option. I specialize in working with trauma survivors including but not limited to domestic violence and childhood abuse, but also very much enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families on all of life's struggles.
