Life is crazy, no doubt! Sometimes we can benefit from a touchstone. But better than that, I listen, learn about you, offer you support and ideas, see the big picture, encourage, and share my knowledge with you. I work to empower you.
I believe that it's not always easy being human. We all have our stuff. I invite you to share your thoughts and feelings, your history, to talk about your needs and wants here in my office. It's a safe space. Life is precious. We only get one. I would be honored to work with you to help you live your best life.
I work often with individuals and couples to improve relationship skills, set healthy boundaries, manage anxiety and depression, improve connection, and support my clients through life changes, life decisions, and life in general.
