Hey! I’m Claudia (she/her) and I work with people-pleasing young adults and professionals who struggle with creating boundaries and putting themselves first in relationships and couples looking to strengthen their relationship and rewrite their love story!
In my relationships, I got tired of feeling like the only one making an effort. I wanted someone that could match the love I was ready to give so I went on a journey and learned how to ask for what I wanted and how to create a safe space for my partner. I realized the honeymoon phase didn't have to end and we could be in charge of our love story.
I'm on your side through your journey of couples/marriage counseling. I'll help you uncover the negative cycles you've developed and learn new techniques that will help you get through those difficult moments and tough conversations. In our sessions, I'll use common language that you use on a daily basis, insert some humor, and together we'll uncover those needs that aren't being met that lead to that ultimate security we all desire with our partner.
