If you’re feeling worn down by anxiety, the aftershocks of trauma, cycles of conflict, addiction’s impact, or the complexities of a blended family, you’re not alone. When control, codependency, or communication patterns keep hijacking the connection you want, it can feel isolating—and exhausting.

I work with individuals, couples (including high-conflict couples), and families, as well as those healing from divorce. I especially enjoy helping partners rebuild trust, deepen attachment, and find steadier ground. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what hurts, and practice new ways of relating.

I’m Cindy Martin, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Georgia with 16 years of experience. I combine down-to-earth tools with warmth and, when it fits, Christian faith. Using CBT to untangle anxiety and depression, Emotionally Focused Therapy to repair bonds, couples and family therapy to strengthen connection, and straightforward conflict resolution, I support healing from abuse and trauma, addiction and alcohol misuse, and the communication and control patterns that keep you stuck.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out to schedule a first conversation—we’ll take the next step together. Sessions available in English.
