Life can seem a series of barriers and obstacles that present difficulties in allowing us to be our full and authentic self. How we think and what we believe, whether true or not, often drive our perceptions towards actions. Gaps can exist in our own self-image and what we tell ourselves. Sometimes the gap is based on past experiences and labels others may have placed on us. I believe that bridging these gaps in understanding can be transformative and freeing.
