Christina Walthers
About
I take an emotionally focused (EFT) approach to couples therapy. Thus, I believe that issues in romantic relationships are primarily due to emotional disconnection. As such, my role as your therapist is to facilitate deeper emotional connection, which I’ll do through helping you truly hear each other and become more emotionally accessible, responsive, and engaged with each other--ultimately creating the relationship that you’ve been longing for.
