I couple evidenced-based treatments, wellness perspectives, Eastern theories, a conscious awareness approach - geared towards creating intrinsic & extrinsic progress.In our work together, my intention will be to help you break away from the maladaptive thought patterns, emotions, actions, and external circumstances that keep you stuck in an experience you don’t want to be having. My goal is to help you create progress towards the life you do want for yourself as well as the relationship you'd like to have with your partner. I’ll want to understand the changes you’d like to see in your partnership. I’ll want us to identify the behaviors you’d like to execute more often, the chronic emotions you’d like to experience, and the outcomes you’d like to see in your relationship. With that information, we'll set the progressive steps & overall goals for therapy.
In addition to talk therapy, I've recently extended my services towards also providing psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. Ketamine is the very first psychedelic that's been FDA approved as a treatment option in mental health care. Introducing a ketamine lozenge that induces a moderate psychedelic experience has been shown to create a regenerative effect on the neural connections in our brain, giving us the ability to progress in therapy at an accelerated rate.
