I love working with individuals and couples—including LGBTQ+ couples, high-conflict partners, and premarital or interfaith pairs—who are ready to turn toward themselves and each other with courage and care. Together, we’ll tend to the tender places while building practical skills for connection, boundaries, and repair.
I’m Chloe Udell, an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Kati Wax, Psy. D. With over 2 years of experience, my work centers on healing from abandonment, abuse, and trauma; easing anxiety and depression; and strengthening attachment and communication. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and the Gottman Method to help you notice patterns, name emotions, and practice new ways of relating. Our sessions are collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for your identities and lived experience. I offer therapy in English.
