I’m Chey-Anne Wilson, an Independent Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in Ohio with over six years of experience. My work is relational, trauma-aware, and practical. I draw from CBT to support anxious thoughts and emotional regulation, attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches to deepen connection, Narrative therapy to make sense of old stories, and systemic couples and family therapy to shift stuck patterns.
